Medical Staff Planning Platform
ResHub is a multi-module platform for planning the medical staff’s working activities with older patients and helping them stay in touch with families.
This platform revolutionizes the process of managing the working activities of medical staff. We needed to simplify scheduling and planning tasks and allow seamless integration with other essential company systems. The product combines easy-to-use design with powerful technology. That provides a practical tool that smoother the staff’s daily work.
Medical staff had a hard time finding and using patient information quickly. This made it tough to decide which patients needed care first and sometimes slowed things down.
The dashboard puts all important patient details in one place. It intuitively organizes patient details, helping staff interact with data easily and make care decisions efficiently.
The old system was confusing, causing missed appointments and added stress for staff, patients and families.
New calendar, shaped by UX principles, provides clear visual cues and easy navigation. This ensures everyone can easily check and manage schedules without errors and time overlap.
Without a clear way to review performance and patient progress, teams might overlook ineffective methods.
Now the reporting tool emphasizes clarity and simplicity. Its intuitive layout helps teams effortlessly spot trends, ensuring they can refine their methods based on clear insights.
Collecting feedback was inconsistent, making it hard to gauge patient and family satisfaction. Without regular input, it was hard to know where improvements were needed.
We added easy-to-fill surveys right into the system. Now, everyone can share how they feel, letting the medical team make changes that matter to patients and families.
We used special tools to make designing the app straightforward and seamless.

With the continuous growth of the healthcare sector, the platform required a design adaptable to evolving needs without compromising consistency.
Design System was built with modularity and scalability at its core. This ensures that as the platform expands or integrates new features, the UX remains seamless and consistent.
The design process was all about finding the right way to make life easier for medical staff.
Prototype & Testing
We started with in-depth research to understand the specific needs of medical staff and a medical institution. This step helped us know the challenges and plan our design better.
In the wireframing stage, we started to draw simple models of the tool. These drawings helped us visualize how the tool could solve scheduling and planning problems.
Then we implemented the uniform design system, providing a consistent, intuitive interface with a clear guide for developers, making their work more efficient.
Lastly, a functional prototype was created and thoroughly tested, to ensure that the tool effectively solved the identified problems and met the needs of the medical staff.
