How much will my project cost?

UITOP’s UX audits cost €1,000–€1,500 and AI-assisted prototypes start at €3,200. Design and development start at €3,200 for part-time or €6,400 for full-time work over four weeks, per specialist. Your project budget depends on the service, features, and business logic. Share your requirements or a brief description, and we’ll prepare an initial estimate within one business day.

Can I hire designers and developers together or separately?

Yes. You can hire a designer, developer, QA specialist, or project manager separately, or combine them into a team. We select specialists with relevant experience based on your product, business needs, and existing team.

What’s included in the part-time and full-time price?

Part-time starts at €3,200 for 80 hours over four weeks, and full-time starts at €6,400 for 160 hours over four weeks. Each price covers one designer or developer, based on a starting rate of €40 per hour. If you need both, each specialist is billed separately. QA and project management have separate rates. Your estimate specifies the roles, rates, and expected hours.

Which UX audit should I choose?

Choose the Focused UX Audit to review a few key workflows or investigate a specific usability problem: €1,000 for three business days. Choose the Full UX Audit to review your entire system within an agreed scope: €1,500 for five business days. Both include a PDF report, a prioritized fix matrix, improvement recommendations, a Figma file with findings, and one improved user-flow prototype.

What can I do with an AI-assisted prototype?

You can test your product concept and key workflows with potential users, gather feedback, and run demos for customers or investors. The prototype is interactive and uses demo data, with no backend or live integrations. It helps you identify what to improve before investing in full development. Launching a working product requires further development, including backend functionality and real data connections.

Can you work with our existing product and development team?

Yes. UITOP can improve your existing product, join your team’s workflow, or handle specific tasks independently. We can work under your project management or manage our own scope of work, depending on how you prefer to collaborate.
